It is a constant uphill battle to get the Insurance company to provide decent
Medical Treatment for an injured Worker in NJ.
Why? This should not be happening in the 21st Century!! The simple basic human
Right to proper curative medical care, for free, is taken for granted in most of the developed world economies, but DENIED NEW JERSEY WORKERS!
I HAVE fought for 350 + Court Orders for proper surgery, medical care, medication, etc... in the NJ Workers' Compensation Court. I should not have to do this. A backward, medieval system of archaic law keeps our workers from proper medical care.
