The failure of international humanitarian law to prevent collateral damage. How to Save Civilian Live in War.

The failure of the law of war to protect civilians, demands a major change, in the rules of law among Nations: a gutting of international humanitarian law ( laws of war) and resurgence of local criminal statute: where murder is murder, period. The laws of war have failed catastrophically, and miserably. A New Era Awaits! Is is time to abandon international humanitarian law and allow local private rule of law to revive and claw back basic human right; to hold each and every person and soldier accountable for their action. You fire one drone and kill 17 people ~~you are a mass murder and face full legal punishment under the local criminal law. It's time for the people to take back the nights! and enforce the basic human right to life! No Geneva or Hague treaty allowance for acceptable collateral damage. no more debates about proportionality and the effectiveness of precision targeting to minimize collateral damage. There will be no allowance and no term such as "collateral damage" in the future. Each local criminal statute and law against murder, mayhem and violence will be reasserted, protected, and enforced for each and every human being, for every child, man, and woman and civilian in every nation, in every land. THE LAW will be equally applicable and equally viable, for every child, everywhere, is sacrosanct. The murder of one child in any war will be immediately punishable with dire circumstances, Prison, or Death penalties . No soldier will have immunity - no general nor politician will get away with murder. from large term, conspiracy, and racketeering rules to basic rules against assault battery and murder --the present-day criminal statues will apply everywhere and not be emasculated in declared, or under declared warfare. The warfare exception to criminal law will be removed. Everyone will face the same every day -simple criminal statutes that cover the polite in peace time, but now there will be no difference; war time or peace time ~~the rule of law will prevail!!
